What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to successful completion
- Conducting viewings and following up applicants to maximise conversion and agreed lets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants and applicants
- Negotiating offers and closing deals to achieve individual and branch targets
- Generating new business and identifying opportunities to increase the lettings portfolio
- Supporting the wider branch team while contributing positively towards branch performance and customer service standards
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience within residential lettings is essential
- Strong sales and negotiation ability with a proven ability to close
- Experience in listing and valuing properties would be beneficial
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Smart, articulate, well presented and commercially minded
- Knowledge of Plumstead, SE18 and the surrounding areas would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence essential with own car preferred
