VACANCY: Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister

LOCATION: Brentwood, Essex

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister to join our vibrant independent Estate Agents in Brentwood. In this pivotal role, you will lead the listing process from initial client engagement through to securing property listings, while actively negotiating deals that benefit both clients and the agency. Your energetic approach and exceptional communication skills will drive the company's success in a competitive market.

Duties of Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs and provide expert advice on market conditions and pricing strategies
• Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers
• Prepare compelling property listings, including detailed descriptions, high-quality photographs, and accurate pricing information
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached efficiently
• Manage all administrative tasks related to listings, including documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
• Maintain organised records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress to ensure seamless workflow
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to promote listings across various channels and maximize exposure

Qualifications

• Proven Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuing experience
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills both oral and in writing
• Outstanding organisational skills to coordinate viewings, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Driving licence and own car is essential

Salary: £27/30k guaranteed commission for first 3 months for right candidate!

OTE £45K/£50K
