New Homes Sales Negotiator

A large property developer with sites in The East Midlands are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Leicester

Sales Negotiator duties:

• Build rapport with customers & providing excellent customer service
• Conduct property viewings, explaining pricing, measurements & optional upgrades
• Building strong relationships with construction & progression teams
• Keeping the system up to date

In order to be successful within this role the idea candidate will have at least a 1 years property sales experience & new build sales experience is desirable
