NEW HOMES SALES NEGOTIATOR NEEDED
DERBY BASED, LARGE UK HOUSING DEVELOPER
Experience Required:
- At least 1 years property sales experience either with an estate agent or a new homes developer
- A stable employment profile
- Drivers License
- Good knowledge of the new build market
Sales Negotiator duties:
- Responding to initial enquiries on the website & dealing walk in customers
- Conducting viewings & showing the customer around the development
- Calling through the internal database of customers & updating information
- Sales Progression
- Informing the Sales Management team with any offers
- Working towards targets
