New Homes Sales Negotiator

My client are a high end residential developer who have a new site launching in Peterborough are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team

You will be joining to launch the sites & see it through to completion, property sales experience is essential & new build sales experience is desirable

Sales Negotiator duties:

• Build rapport with customers & providing excellent customer service
• Conduct property viewings, explaining pricing, measurements & optional upgrades
• Building strong relationships with construction & progression teams
• Keeping the system up to date
