Sellick Partnership is delighted to be supporting a reputable housing provider in Kent with the recruitment of an experienced Housing Manager for an initial 3-month temporary contract.
Daily duties of the Housing Manager:
- Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-tenure properties and estates, ensuring positive outcomes for residents.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end customer experience, enhancing customer satisfaction, wellbeing and safety.
- Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation, regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, statutory agencies and partner organisations.
- Investigate and resolve complaints effectively and within agreed timescales.
- Manage tenancy-related queries and address community safety issues, including ASB and safeguarding concerns.
Essential requirements of the Housing Manager:
- Previous experience managing neighbourhoods, tenancies or communities within a social housing environment.
- Demonstrable experience working within social housing.
- Enhanced DBS check
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
