SITE MANAGER - WAREHOUSE REFURBISHMENT

Start Date: Monday 5th October 2026

Position: Freelance Site Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week warehouse refurbishment project in Feltham.
The Project
The works will comprise general refurbishment and remedial works to the existing warehouse unit, including:
Internal and external building fabric works
M&E upgrades
WC improvements
Flooring works
Roof repairs
Testing and certification
General remedial works and making good
Requirements
The successful Site Manager must hold:
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid
Previous experience managing warehouse, industrial, refurbishment or similar commercial projects would be highly beneficial.
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring the works are delivered safely and to programme.
