Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• DBS clearance required
• PASMA/IPAF and Legionella knowledge desirable
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, including EICRs, PAT testing, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
• Diagnose faults, complete repairs, certification and testing in line with current regulations and standards.
• Assist with maintenance of UPS systems, generators and load testing.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure high-quality workmanship, and comply with all Health & Safety requirements.
• Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota and deliver excellent customer service.

Experience

• 2-5 years' experience within a property maintenance or commercial maintenance environment.
• Experience of testing, inspection, fault finding and electrical remedial works.
• Ability to support additional maintenance tasks outside core electrical duties.
