Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their well-established estate agency in Haringey. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Sales Negotiator role and be ready to hit the ground running.

The Role

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with vendors and purchasers.
• Manage applicant registrations, assess requirements, and introduce suitable properties based on individual needs.
• Organise and host property viewings, delivering a professional and personable service throughout.
• Proactively chase enquiries and nurture leads to convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Handle offers from initial negotiation through to agreed sale and completion.
• Work closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other key parties to keep transactions progressing smoothly.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing clear updates and managing expectations throughout the sales journey.
• Verify buyers' financial positions and ensure all offers are accurately recorded, presented, and confirmed in writing.
• Work towards and exceed individual and branch targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
• Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate applicant information, viewing feedback, offers, and sales progression notes.

Essential Skills:

• 2- 3 Years Experience in residential estate agency
• Excellent sales ability
• Interpersonal with excellent customer service
• Excellent telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well, presented and confident
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Driver & full UK licence
