Project: 3m New Build Development
Duration: 48 Weeks
Start Date: Imminent / Immediate
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a prestigious 3m new build project in Ellesmere Port.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations: Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Health & Safety: Enforce strict health and safety standards, conducting inductions, tool-box talks, and regular site audits.
Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and supervise trade contractors, labour, and visiting specialists to maintain high-quality workmanship.
Quality Control: Ensure all construction works comply with current building regulations, architectural drawings, and design specifications.
Progress Tracking: Liaise closely with the Project Manager and client stakeholders, providing regular updates on programme milestones and resolving any site queries proactively.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering new build projects
Valid CSMS/CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certifications.
Strong technical understanding of construction methods, design details, and building regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
