As Site Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring that homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest possible standards of quality. The Role: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the development. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel. Ensure all works are completed in line with build programmes and specifications. Maintain the highest standards of health and safety across site. Monitor build quality and ensure NHBC standards and company expectations are consistently achieved. Manage site costs, resources and programme deadlines.
