Construction Quality Assurance Manager

We are recruiting for a Construction Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join a respected UK Construction Contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction QA Manager who is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while advancing their career.

This contractor primarily specialise within the following areas: demolition, earthworks & infrastructure, piling & concrete works, asbestos removal, remediation, and waste management.

They currently have 8 large scale projects across Central London.

The Construction QA Manager will be expected to oversee quality assurance processes and drive quality performance across our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project quality plans, procedures, and inspection regimes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews of construction activities.
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee quality documentation, testing records, and project handover packages.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to drive quality performance.
• Monitor quality KPIs and promote a right-first-time culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction quality management
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and auditing processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and construction industry standards

Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 per annum (depending upon experience).
