Facade Manager

I'm currently working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who is looking for an experienced Fa ade Lead to take ownership of a 20m fa ade package on a major new-build commercial scheme in Central London.

The package covers a complex range of fa ade elements, including a unitised primary fa ade, natural and reconstructed stone cladding, feature metalwork and architectural finishes, terrace balustrades and screening, roof pavilion glazing and fa ade access systems, alongside key interfaces with MEP penetrations, smoke ventilation, roof plant screening and waterproofing.

We're looking for someone with strong fa ade experience, proven Tier 1 project delivery and a track record of longevity on major schemes.

This would also suit an ambitious No.2 Fa ade Manager / Senior Fa ade Manager who is ready to step up and take the lead on a major 20m package.
