Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Remote/National Projects
Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 + Company Vehicle
Sector: Offsite Construction
This role is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and ensuring the efficient planning, coordination and successful delivery of installation projects on site. The position would suit an experienced construction professional with strong leadership skills, precast concrete installation knowledge and a practical understanding of site operations. The role offers responsibility for project delivery, team leadership and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery team responsible for site installation activities.
- Oversee planning and coordination of installation works.
- Deliver projects safely, efficiently and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide weekly installation reports.
- Manage subcontractors and site-based activities.
- Resolve installation and site-related issues.
- Liaise with clients and installation teams on technical matters.
- Support site surveys, lift planning activities and report directly to senior leadership.
- Experience in a Contracts Manager role within precast concrete or other panelised methods of construction
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Precast installation knowledge and practical experience.
- Practical experience of site-based lifting operations.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- CPCS (A61) Appointed Person qualification.
- NPORS (N401) Appointed Person qualification.
- Experience using CAD software.
- Experience producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RA/MS).
