Technical Sales Manager now required for an SME manufacturer ( 5m) in the North West This position will complement the sales, design, estimating divisions and you will be focused on developing commercial relationships with regional house-builders and developers and act as the technical and commercial expert, taking projects from initial specification through to product delivery. With new strategy and growth plans in place, they are looking for a technical sales manager who can develop with the business. Identify and secure new pipeline opportunities with regional house-builders, main contractors, and residential developers. Manage the full sales cycle, from responding to tenders and pricing queries to negotiating final contract terms. Track regional construction planning applications and competitor activity to maintain a strong market position. Experience of selling a technical construction product. Ability to read architectural drawings, understand structural specifications, and building regulations. Location : You must be based in or within easy commuting distance of Manchester/Liverpool/Bolton/Chorley Industry Background of selling into Regional House-builders is a must for this client Salary on offer will be around 55k plus car/allowance and bonus scheme.
