Use Procore for site reporting and project documentation. Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team. Maintain high standards of Health & Safety throughout the works. Requirements: Previous Site Management experience. Experience managing roofing, refurbishment or similar works would be advantageous. Procore experience is essential. SMSTS CSCS Black Card First Aid at Work Strong subcontractor management and Health & Safety experience. Available to start at short notice. The initial project will involve an 8-week programme managing roof resealing and guttering works, with the potential to progress onto an additional two wings.
