OTE: £55,000+

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager to join a successful and growing estate agency in Cannock.

We are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record in estate agency who can lead a team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
• Driving valuations, instructions, and property sales
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Ensuring branch targets and KPIs are achieved
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Estate Agency management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record of winning instructions and driving sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
• Full UK driving license
