Site Manager - Suffolk

Location: Eye, Suffolk
Rate: 350- 400 per day DOE (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 4 Months (Potential Extension)
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, Site Based

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major FMCG extension project based in Suffolk on a 4-month contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a high-profile construction project within a live operational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme requirements.

• Oversee all day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Liaise with the client, project team, and stakeholders.
• Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations within the live facility.
• Maintain site documentation and reporting requirements.

• Proven experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Previous experience delivering projects within live environments is essential.
• Background in one or more of the following sectors:
  • FMCG
  • Food & Beverage Manufacturing
  • Cleanrooms
  • Pharmaceutical
  • Laboratory Facilities
  • Healthcare/Hospital Projects
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work proactively and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

• 350- 400 per day.
