Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Review designs, drawings, specifications, schedules and employer's requirements. About You We're keen to speak with candidates who possess: A strong Electrical Building Services background. Experience within pre-construction, technical services, design management or building services engineering. The ability to review and challenge drawings, specifications, technical submittals and contractor proposals. Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, statutory compliance and industry standards. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and mitigate technical risk.
