Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a busy new-build housing site in Scarborough.

The role will involve carrying out pre-plastering preparation and general skilled labouring duties to ensure properties are ready for plastering.

• Carrying out pre-plastering preparation work
• Preparing walls and surfaces ready for plastering
• General skilled labouring duties on a new-build housing site
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working efficiently to meet site deadlines

• Previous experience in pre-plastering or skilled labouring
• Experience working on new-build housing developments preferred
• Valid CSCS card
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
