Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations. Support project reporting, progress meetings and programme updates. Drive high standards of customer satisfaction and operational performance. Profile Essential: Experience within social housing refurbishment, planned maintenance or property services. Previous experience managing site operations and subcontractors.
