We're recruiting for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join a highly respected and growing estate agency in Norfolk, based at their Dereham office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lettings and property management professional to take responsibility for a residential portfolio, work alongside an established team and develop their career within a progressive and successful business.
The Role
As a Property Manager / Senior Property Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties and tenancies
- Oversee the full tenancy management cycle
- Ensure properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation
- Manage maintenance issues and coordinate repairs efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Handle property queries professionally and deliver excellent customer service
- Work closely with the wider lettings team to maintain high service standards
- Manage your workload effectively and contribute to the continued growth of the branch
Property Manager / Senior Property Manager Requirements
- Previous experience within lettings, property management, estate agency or social housing
- Good understanding of current lettings legislation and upcoming legislative changes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
- Mature, proactive and able to work independently
- Genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Committed to personal development and keen to progress
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
