Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a respected house builder on a large 180-unit timber frame development in Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established site team on a busy new build housing development, supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project.
We are looking for someone with a strong new build housing background, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage subcontractors and trades in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on Newbuild developments.
- Timber frame experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and build processes.
- SSSTS or SMSTS - in date.
- CSCS - in date.
- First Aid - in date.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to health & safety, quality and programme.
