Multi Trade Operative - Exeter Area
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade who will provide a maintenance service on social housing properties in the Exeter area.
Role Details/ Benefits:
- £38-40k van and fuel card
- Temp to perm, 12 weeks
- 25 days holiday bank holidays

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
- All aspects of maintenance work in properties, mainly carpentry but you will need to be able to do other trades to a good level as well
- Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
- Driving a company van safely and responsibly
- Following a spec to complete works
- Reporting to your Supervisor
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- Carpentry qualification or 10 years
- DBS - will be completed prior to start
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
