Self-employed Estate Agent

We are currently recruiting for an Self-employed Estate Agent for our Estate Agency client based across Hertfordshire, where you can choose your area to work.

The ideal candidate must previous experience in the property industry including Valuing.

Candidates must be a UK Resident.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Self-employed Estate Agent:

• OTE £100,000 - £175,000
• Average fee £7,500
• Guarantee of £2,250 per month for first 4 months
• 70%-80% escalating commission
• 3 tier override income

Key Skills for the role of Self-employed Estate Agent:

• Must have previous Estate Agency experience at Valuer level
• Experience in high end property
• Be target driven
• Be well spoken and presented
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have outstanding organisational skills
• Motivated and ambitious with the drive to succeed
• Ability to manage your own diary effectively
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
