Property Manager £30,000 - £35,000 + incentives No Weekends South East London

Our client is a successful, award-winning independent agency based in South East London, looking for a new Property Manager to join their established team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking to join a reputable company offering a renowned culture, annual salary reviews, regular training and coaching, and excellent career progression.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

  • Facilitate maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing
  • Review third-party property visits and provide recommendations
  • Manage all compliance certification following move-in
  • Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including serving legal notices, attending court hearings, handling evictions and negotiating the return of deposits
  • Resolve general enquiries
  • Provide high levels of customer service
  • Liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues

Property Manager requirements:

  • Previous Property Management experience is essential
  • High level of customer service
  • Positive and can-do attitude

Working Pattern
