The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Manage incoming enquiries and register prospective tenants
- Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable guidance throughout the process
- Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and applicants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities to support growth of the lettings portfolio
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the tenancy journey
- Stay up to date with current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
- Proven experience within residential lettings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
