Experienced in residential estate agency and ready to take the next step into an Assistant Branch Manager role?
We're recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager to join a well-established branch based in the Cambridgeshire area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent with strong valuation, instruction-winning and negotiation skills, who is looking to support the Branch Manager, help drive the team forward and play a key role in the continued growth of the branch.
The Role
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will:
- Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the office
- Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
- Generate new business and maximise branch opportunities
- Support and motivate the wider sales team
- Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards
Assistant Branch Manager requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience
- Strong valuation and instruction-winning skills
- Proven track record in residential sales
- Confident negotiator with a commercial mindset
- Ambitious, driven and keen to progress
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ideally already operating at Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Assistant Manager level
