Estate Agent - Assistant Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Sales Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Cobham.

The successful must have previous Estate Agency experience, and could be a Strong Senior Negotiator/Valuer looking to step up into a management position.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Assistant Sales Manager:

• Basic £30,000
• OTE £60,000
• Personal sales commission
• Office commission
• Monday to Thursday 9am - 6.30pm, Friday's 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 5pm (day back in lieu)
• 9 day working fortnight
• Discretionary half yearly bonus

Responsibilities for the role of Assistant Sales Manager:

• Manage active buyers and sellers
• Ensuring an exceptional service experience at all times
• Carry out viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Progress sales through to completion
• Attend ad hoc valuations
• Maintain outstanding communication with clients
• Always reflecting the company values
• Act as the Sales Director's number two
• Supporting daily operations
• Mentor and guide negotiators across all offices
• Participate in morning meetings, training and performance reviews
• Support all three offices with applicant management, diary flow, viewing quality and sales progression
• Assist with pipeline management, stock reviews and presenting recommendations on pricing and marketing
• Contribute to weekly KPI reviews
• Ensure internal systems are updated accurately across the business

Key Skills for the role of Assistant Sales Manager:

• Previous Estate Agency experience as a Strong Senior Negotiator/Valuer
• Excellent negotiation, communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Confident decision maker, commercially aware, and trusted by colleagues
• Ability to lead from the front and support the team
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
