Branch Manager Estate Agency Upto £35K Basic, £45K OTE Mileage Paid

We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a forward-thinking and highly successful estate agency in the Burnley area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
- Conduct team morning meetings and set daily priorities
- Support, coach, and develop the team to achieve and exceed targets
- Set and monitor individual and team performance goals
- Conduct occasional property valuations (this is a branch-focused role)
- Drive overall branch performance and business growth
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all interactions
Branch Manager Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of the estate agency sector
- Proven ability to motivate, support, and develop a team
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
- Passion for property and delivering results
- Local area knowledge (advantageous)
