Senior Property Manager Block Management Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance Hybrid Working
Experienced in residential block / leasehold property management?
We're recruiting for a Senior Property Manager to join a well-established and highly respected property management firm, overseeing a diverse portfolio across East Anglia.
This is a senior-level opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise in block management, building safety, and compliance, looking to make a real impact within a growing business.
The Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will:
- Lead compliance and performance across your portfolio
- Manage building safety requirements, FRA actions, EWS1s, and remediation projects
- Oversee major works programmes (Section 20 consultations)
- Handle complex leasehold matters, disputes, and escalations
- Manage service charge budgets and financial controls
- Build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior property managers
- Identify and contribute to new business opportunities
Senior Property Manager requirements:
- Proven residential block / leasehold property management experience
- Strong understanding of leases, landlord & tenant legislation
- Experience managing building safety and remediation projects, including cladding-related works
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, commercially minded, and solution-focused
- Experience using Qube (desirable, not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
