We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a successful lettings team, managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Arrange maintenance and repairs, obtain quotations, and ensure works are completed efficiently
- Carry out routine property inspections and follow up on any required actions
- Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit negotiations
- Handle maintenance issues and resolve landlord and tenant queries
- Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures
- Maintain accurate property records and update internal systems
- Work closely with the lettings team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Property Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential
- Strong knowledge of residential property management and current lettings legislation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
