We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a social housing maintenance team, carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance across residential properties throughout London.

THE ROLE:

• Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance within social housing properties
• Attending occupied and void properties across London
• Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, basins, baths, showers and other plumbing fixtures
• Diagnosing and resolving general plumbing issues
• Completing responsive repairs to a high standard
• Working professionally around residents and customers
• Reporting any additional maintenance issues identified while on site

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous plumbing experience
• Social housing or residential maintenance experience is desirable
• Own vehicle is essential due to travelling between properties
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Reliable and professional approach
• Able to work independently
