Shift: Nights, 6:00pm - 4:30am
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: 19.50 per hour PAYE + Holiday Pay

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nip Hand to join a well-established precast concrete manufacturer in Worksop. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential for a permanent position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carrying out Nip Hand duties within a precast concrete factory.
• Assisting the precast production team with the manufacture of concrete products.
• Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings.
• Manufacturing and assembling rebar cages to specification.
• Preparing moulds and assisting with the casting process.
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintaining quality standards throughout production.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous Nip Hand experience is essential.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Experience manufacturing rebar cages.
• Previous experience within a precast concrete or heavy manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
