Job Title: Precast Mould Setter / Joiner Location: Nottingham Pay Rate: 23.00 per hour (depending on experience) Working Hours: 6am - 3.30pm - Monday to Friday Job Overview Net Temps are currently recruiting for a Mould Setter / Joiner to join a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves preparing and assembling moulds used in the production of Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) units. You will be responsible for setting moulds accurately, installing inserts and fixtures, and ensuring moulds are ready for the spraying or casting process. The role also includes cleaning, maintaining, and resetting moulds after use so they can be reused for future production. This is an important role within the production team, helping ensure work runs smoothly while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards. Key Responsibilities Mould Preparation & Setup Assemble and set moulds using production drawings and specifications Ensure moulds are level, aligned, and securely fixed before production Install inserts, block-outs, chamfers, and other required components Prepare mould surfaces ready for GRC spraying Production Support Work closely with the spraying team to ensure moulds are prepared correctly Assist with preparing moulds for multiple spray cycles Check moulds meet required measurements and tolerances before production Demoulding & Reuse Assist with safely removing finished GRC units after curing Clean moulds thoroughly after use to maintain finish quality Reset moulds ready for the next production cycle Carry out minor mould adjustments or repairs where needed Quality Control Ensure moulds meet required finish and dimensional standards Identify issues that could affect the quality of finished products Report any mould defects or problems to supervisors Maintenance & Housekeeping Keep moulds in good condition to maximise their lifespan Maintain a clean and organised work area Look after tools and equipment used during mould preparation Skills & Experience Essential Experience in joinery, carpentry, or mould assembly Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings Experience working with timber moulds or formwork systems Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Desirable Experience in GRC, precast concrete, or construction manufacturing Experience working with architectural moulds Personal Attributes Hands-on and practical approach Good attention to detail Able to work efficiently to production deadlines Team player with good communication skills Problem-solving mindset

Net Temps Limited is working with a well-established company who are currently seeking an experienced concrete finisher for an ongoing temporary role working within a precast concrete factory. You will be required to carry out work within a precast concrete factory. Location: Worksop, S80 Pay rate: 15.00 - 19.50 per hour Shifts: Days Duties may include: General labouring duties Concrete finishing Repair work Power floating MUST haves: MUST have concrete finishing experience MUST have own transport due to the shifts and location with free onsite parking. MUST have right to work in the UK Duration: This is a temporary ongoing assignment.

There is an exciting opportunity in a precast concrete factory to develop skills in quality control! Net Temps are currently looking to recruit Quality Controllers for on going work in a busy precast factory in Worksop. Ideal candidates would have good experience working as a quality controller or quality inspector. This is a job which will lead in to a permanent role with the client if you have been a hard working and reliable candidate. There is plenty of overtime available paid with overtime rates for this quality control position! Candidates will need to have experience in: - Quality control/inspection/assurance - Reading precast drawings - Working carrying out checklists on the quality of products - Working with other teams across the business to spot re-occurring quality issues - Must be reliable and hard working Additional Details: - Job Role: Quality Controller - Paying from 14.90 - 19.37 plus holiday pay and overtime pay - Overtime is at a rate of time and quarter. - Monday to Friday - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6:30am
