Key Responsibilities Coordinate multiple projects from enquiry through to completion Schedule engineers, installers and specialist subcontractors Coordinate roofing contractors, electricians and heating engineers Order materials, equipment and specialist components Ensure deliveries arrive on site on time and in full Act as the main point of contact for customers, engineers and suppliers Keep customers updated throughout their project journey Manage project administration, documentation and compliance requirements Liaise with suppliers and coordinate deliveries Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on programme About You We re looking for someone who brings positive energy, great organisation skills and a proactive approach. You ll be comfortable dealing with customers, suppliers, engineers and tradespeople, while remaining calm under pressure when managing multiple priorities. The team works hard, supports each other and values someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
