Senior Property Manager
Location: Downend, Bristol
Salary: £31,000 basic + OTE £34,000+
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:30pm (No Weekends)
Pertemps Bristol are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join an established independent estate agency in Downend.
You'll manage a portfolio of rental properties and be a senior member of the property management team. You'll deal with landlords, tenants and contractors, while also supporting the wider team.

What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of rental properties
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Arranging property safety checks
- Making sure properties meet legal requirements
- Carrying out property inspections
- Managing tenant check-ins and check-outs
- Dealing with tenancy deposits and disputes
- Keeping landlords and tenants updated
- Building good relationships with contractors
- Supporting and helping to lead the property management team
- Working with the wider lettings team
What they're looking for
You'll need previous experience in residential property management and be ready to take on more responsibility.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Good property management experience
- Confidence supporting or leading a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage several tasks at once
- A calm and practical approach to solving problems
- Good customer service skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence and your own car
