Maintenance Electrician

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to begin work for a well-established company in the Essex / East London area.

About the role:

• Working Hours - On site for 08:00, generally finishing around 15:30

• Pay Rate - 22.00 per hour CIS / Self-Employed

• Permanent Salary - 45,000 PAYE

• Brief Role Description - Carrying out electrical maintenance within social housing properties, ranging from full rewires through to reactive repairs, void works, kitchen works and general day-to-day electrical maintenance

• Company van and fuel card provided

• Testing & Inspection experience preferred but not essential

• Work mainly across Essex and East London, with occasional North London work

• Temp-to-perm opportunity

• Long-term work for the right candidate

• Start: ASAP

About You:

• High work ethic & team player

• Punctual & reliable

• You must be a time-served / qualified Electrician

• Previous domestic or social housing maintenance experience preferred

• Testing & Inspection qualification desirable but not essential

• Full UK Driving Licence required

• CSCS / ECS preferred but not essential
