We're looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Assistant to join our team, supporting six independent living locations across Oxfordshire. This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same - from carrying out minor repairs and preventative maintenance to inspecting estates and helping create comfortable, well-presented spaces for residents.
You'll work closely with Scheme Managers, Housing and Facilities colleagues, as well as residents and contractors, making sure issues are dealt with promptly and standards remain high.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being out and about, solving problems and seeing the immediate impact of their work.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

What we're looking forYou'll ideally have experience in general building maintenance, property repairs or facilities support, with practical knowledge across areas such as:
You'll also need to be organised and confident managing your own workload across multiple locations, while communicating effectively with residents, colleagues and contractors.
Experience using handheld devices or maintenance management systems would be an advantage, and COSHH knowledge is desirable.
Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
