Rate: £22.00 - £24.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join a busy property maintenance team delivering repairs and maintenance services across residential properties in the Ipswich area.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term work with a well-established contractor, offering a consistent workload and competitive rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks
• Hanging doors, fitting locks, kitchen repairs and general joinery works
• Completing basic multi-trade tasks including patch plastering, tiling and minor plumbing repairs
• Reactive and planned maintenance works
• Working within occupied and void properties
• Delivering high standards of expertise and customer service

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry and property maintenance
• Ability to undertake additional multi-trade duties
• Experience working within social housing or residential maintenance environments desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer-focused approach
