We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a busy property maintenance team delivering repairs and maintenance works across a portfolio of residential properties.This is a fantastic long-term contract opportunity offering consistent work, full-time hours and competitive rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all aspects of carpentry repairs and maintenance
• Hanging doors, fitting locks and carrying out basic joinery works
• Kitchen and bathroom repairs
• Reactive and planned maintenance tasks
• Completing additional basic trade works where required
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard within occupied properties

Requirements:

• Proven carpentry experience within a maintenance environment
• Ability to carry out a range of multi-trade repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience working within residential properties preferred
