Roofer Social Housing Maintenance

Rate: £25.00 per hour (CIS payments available)
Contract: 6 weeks, potentially longer

We're recruiting an experienced Roofer to join a busy team delivering repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Cheltenham. This is a great opportunity for a tradesperson looking for steady, well-paid work on an established contract, with strong potential for extension beyond the initial 6 weeks.

The Role
You'll carry out roofing repairs and maintenance on occupied residential properties as part of a planned and reactive maintenance programme, working efficiently and to a high standard while meeting deadlines, liaising professionally with tenants, and following health & safety regulations at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Roofer, ideally within social housing or occupied residential maintenance
• Own tools and PPE
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
