Project Manager

Project Manager required in Bath, Somerset.

What is required for the position?

Tickets: Valid SMSTS, First Aid & Asbestos Awareness,

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience: Must have 2 years' experience working as a Project Manager on other projects.

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references for relevant sites.

Job duties:

Construction Project lead for a 3m scheme (Experienced Senior Site Manager or PM).

• Experience in delivering 3-10m projects, specifically; student accommodation / HMOs, retrofit ideally but new build okay.
• Experience in running /administrating a JCT Design & Build Contracts.
• Proficient in ASTA Power projects
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Asbestos awareness
• CSCS
• Ideally has temporary works coordinator certs but this isn't a deal breaker.
• Tier 1 / 2 experience is desirable.
• Minimum 10+ years in the role/similar role (SSM / PM).

Other information:

350 - 380 per day

Hours of work: 7.30-4.30
