Senior Design Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Design Manager or a Design Manager looking to take a step up into a Senior role. This role is with one of the leading tier 1 main contractors in the UK who have a long history of successfully delivering projects in a wide variety of sectors while also being recognised for their excellent staff retention and staff development opportunities.
The business is looking to appoint an experienced Design Management professional with solid main contractor experience who has pre-construction and delivery experience to cover projects in the Berkshire region. The business currently have a very strong pipeline across the region across a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, MOJ and leisure.
Requirements for the Senior Design Manager role
- Experience working in a Design Management role with a main contractor
- Experience working at pre-construction and delivery stages
- Experience with new build schemes
