The Role

As a Commercial Property Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Winning new commercial property instructions through valuations and business development.
• Managing commercial sales and lettings from instruction through to completion.
• Negotiating Heads of Terms and liaising with solicitors, surveyors and professional advisers.
• Conducting property inspections, market appraisals and accompanied viewings.
• Advising landlords, vendors, purchasers and tenants throughout the transaction process.
• Building strong relationships with investors, developers, occupiers and landlords.
• Preparing marketing particulars and advertising properties across commercial portals.
• Monitoring local market trends and providing strategic advice to clients.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across professional services and property management.
• Contributing towards departmental growth and fee generation.

About You

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and passionate about property.

Essential

• Minimum 3 years' experience within Property Agency (Sales, Lettings or Commercial Property).
• Proven ability to win new instructions and generate business.
• Experience carrying out market appraisals.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience agreeing Heads of Terms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good IT skills and experience using property CRM systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

• Previous Commercial Property Agency experience.
• Experience using Alto, Reapit, Expert Agent, Re-Leased or similar CRM software.
• AssocRICS or MRICS qualified (or currently working towards).
• Existing network of commercial property contacts across the local area.

Job Details

Position: Commercial Property Agent

Location: Bedford, Milton Keynes & Luton

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Contract: Permanent Full Time (40 hours per week)

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus
