Site Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an established construction business on a residential development in Falmouth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors on site
• Monitoring progress against the construction programme
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Ensuring works meet the required quality and specification
• Identifying and resolving site issues promptly
• Conducting site inspections and maintaining accurate records
• Working closely with the wider project team to achieve successful delivery

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing residential construction projects
• Strong subcontractor management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to manage programme, quality and costs effectively
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A valid SMSTS certificate
• A valid CSCS card
• A valid First Aid certificate
• Immediate availability
