Our client a well established, award winning Architectural practice with over 15 years of success building an excellent reputation across residential, heritage and commercial sectors. Following continued growth and exciting plans for the future, they are looking to appoint an Architect who is ready to take ownership of projects and play a key role within a close-knit team.

Architect - Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to 40,000 DOE

Architect - Overview

• Lead commercial and residential projects through all RIBA Stages.
• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Produce and coordinate technical drawings using Revit.
• Mentor Architectural Assistants and junior team members.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team within a collaborative environment.

Architect - Requirements

• ARB Registered Architect
• Revit proficiency
• Experience working through all RIBA stages
• Previous experience working on commercial or large residential schemes
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Good technical and site experience
• Collaborative, proactive and looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing practice.
