Mechanical Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee the mechanical fit-out on a mixed-use development comprising apartments and retail units.

Live site - Subcontractors active on site. Role is for a local Site Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing mechanical subcontractors
• Liaising with the Contracts Manager
• Attending site meetings
• Ensuring quality and progress are maintained
• Coordinating with the wider site team

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Start: Immediate
Day Rate: Negotiable on experience
