The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from inception through to practical completion Oversee social housing, retrofit and renewable energy programmes Manage Site Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and trades Coordinate heating, plumbing, electrical and renewable works Develop and monitor project programmes and targets Manage budgets, costs and commercial performance Liaise with clients, residents, consultants and supply-chain partners Monitor health & safety and ensure compliance with company procedures Manage quality control and ensure works meet specification Identify and resolve project issues and risks Attend progress meetings and provide regular project reports Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timescales Manage handovers, defects and completion documentation Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, property services or social housing Experience managing multiple projects and teams Strong understanding of planned maintenance, refurbishment or retrofit works Renewable energy experience, particularly ASHP, heating or decarbonisation , would be advantageous Strong commercial and programme-management skills Excellent communication and client-management skills Relevant construction qualification such as SMSTS, NVQ, HNC/HND or equivalent Full UK driving licence CSCS card preferred

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work , with the project expected to run for approximately 5 years . The Role You will act as the main point of contact between the contractor, site teams, housing association and tenants throughout the programme of works. Responsibilities will include: Liaising with tenants before, during and after works are completed. Carrying out pre-start and pre-entry visits. Explaining planned works, timescales and potential disruption to residents. Arranging access and appointments with tenants. Dealing with tenant queries, concerns and complaints professionally. Identifying vulnerable residents and escalating any concerns where appropriate. Maintaining accurate records of tenant contact and appointments. Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and contractors. Monitoring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback. Attending resident meetings and community engagement events where required. Supporting the site team in resolving issues that could delay the programme. Requirements Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer or Customer Liaison Officer . Experience within social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or construction is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident dealing with tenants and resolving difficult or sensitive situations. Strong organisational and administration skills. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. BRS are currently recruiting on behalf of a major civil engineering company which currently require experienced Concrete Repairers for a Major Project in the Wakefield Area. Candidates must have a previous background within concrete repair and also need to have previously worked for specialist sub or main contractors within the repair and restoration market doing hand repairs using mortar based applications such as SIKA, Fosroc etc. NVQ level 2 in concrete repair advantageous as are PASMA and IPAF.
