Job Description
Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio to the South of London.
Whilst the bulk of the property portfolio is based in Liverpool, some properties are spread as far as Stoke on Trent.
This would suit someone who has knowledge of block management or social housing who wants to develop their career in block property management.
Duties include:
- Carrying out site inspections
- Dealing with breaches of the lease
- Completing Section 20 Notices
- Supporting block management team
- Liaising with maintenance contractors
Personal requirements:
- Driving license
- Good business acumen
- Excellent time management
- Property management background is essential
Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) (1 day in office, 3 days at home and 1 day on sites)
Salary: 35,000- 45,000 (depending on experience and if you hold ATPI/IRPM/AIRPM qualification) plus a car allowance of 4500. Fuel & any parking expenses whilst on property visits will also be paid.
